Delivery Policy
All packages are send as post packages. This means that they fit into your mailbox and you don't need to be at home. Cost are low but delivery times may vary. Tracking option are possible when selected at check-out.
RETURN POLICY
If your are not happy with the product you can return the product within 14day after delivery.
- Note that the return cost are on you and the product (s) needs to be in good condition!
If a item arrives broken due to shipping, please notify me within 3 days (after the date of delivery) of receiving the item and include a picture of the broken item. I will be more than happy to send you a new item. If I don’t receive a photo within the 3 days after the arrival date, I will not be able to replace the item or make any other arrangements.
There are no replacements for broken pieces due to use.
Sometimes you can fix the problem by yourself, if not we are always willing to help.
