You can return an online order from Plant-house within 30 days of ordering it. Provided it is in the original condition and in its original packaging, we will provide you with a full refund for the order (although the buyer is liable for all postal and packaging charges). By "original condition" we mean that the product is in a resell-able condition where the product packaging has not been opened and the item has not been used or marked. We will ensure that you receive your refund within one week of receiving the order back from you.
Before returning your order please send an email to email@example.com to notify us of your intention. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General Shipping Information
NL Domestic Orders
Orders from within the Netherlands are shipped using PostNL which usually takes 1-2 days in transit once the order is dispatched. Unless you have opted for a tracked delivery service at checkout, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the time it will take for you order to be delivered via PostNL or track it once it is in transit.
Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped either by PostNL or via tracked service such as UPS or Fedex, DHP ( if you contacted me for tracked services).
Delivery times can vary depending on the country it is being sent to. Items to Western Europe usually take 3-5 working days in transit, Eastern Europe usually take 7-10 working says and Rest of World takes 5-21 working days.
These delivery times are a guide based on the PostNL terms of service, orders may, in some unusual cases take up to 28 days to arrive. Orders cannot be declared lost until they have been undelivered for over 28 days (at which point we can either refund an order or dispatch a replacement).
If you have opted for a standard delivery your order cannot be tracked once it has been dispatched. For orders required in a quick time frame, or that are of high value, we suggest you opt for the express tracked shipping option by mailing me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being received (provided the order is received by 3pm GMT). On occasion, at particular busy times of the year, or if we are awaiting new stock to be able to fulfil your order of the year it may take up to 3-4 working days to dispatch. On this occasion we will contact you to let you know of the delay via the contact email you have provided at checkout.
